Chrysalis has an open subcontracting job in North Seattle working within King and Snohomish County. Chrysalis is a growing private practice with a strong focus on mental health and wellness. We work in the mental health population in residential programs, outpatient programs, within senior living homes, memory care and with individuals seeking support. 

About the position: This position is in North Seattle WA with a strong focus on seniors and memory care.  Currently we have programs spanning from Lake City to Mukilteo WA. This position currently has high community interest which supports the potential to grow. Work schedule is flexible and is growing rapidly, currently we have 3-5 contact hours available.

Sub-contracting rates are competitive based on experience ranging from $45-$55 per contact hour. We also offer, mileage reimbursement and paid monthly team meetings, rates for meetings will be reflected based on contact hour rate. 

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s or beyond in Music Therapy at an accredited school

-Board Certified in Music Therapy or MT-BC eligibility with plans to sit for board test within the first 6months of hire

-Must be willing to provide in person care in North Seattle, WA

-Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation

-Experience with seniors and memory care is required. Experience within the mental health setting is preferred.

-Experience and knowledge in trauma informed care required

-Excellent writing skills

-Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and excellent time management skills required
