At Chrysalis we serve clients ages 16+ experiencing mental health concerns or needing support in daily life. Our therapists work in,

    • Memory Care (Dementia, Alzheimer's)

Consultations 10-15min

This a brief meeting over the phone to determine if chrysalis music therapy is a good fit. We will chat and discuss what we do through chrysalis music therapy and answer your questions.

Assessments- 60min

This is a comprehensive assessment to identify a baseline and clients’ interests. This will inform the development of goals and objectives throughout services to track progress. We will discuss what the contract will include during this meeting.

Individual sessions- 60min

These sessions will occur each week. These sessions are based around a person centered approach. The client will be an active participant in their treatment planning, goals, objectives and ongoing review of treatment.

Group sessions- 60-90min

Groups sessions will range from 3-10 individuals working on same or similar goals and objectives.

Contractual Sessions

This service is for established businesses wanting to add music therapy services to offer their clients, residents or staff. These contracts can include individual or group sessions. Please contact us for a rates sheet.
